You don’t have to be in a physical prison to feel trapped in routine, in a job, or in social conventions. We are committed to freedom as a practice — that includes expanding our inner worlds through a never ending pursuit of wonder and curiosity.

Once a week, we share with you poems, artworks, writings, music — anything that inspires delight within us. This is a space for intellectual nourishment for anyone who’s looking. No ads, no algorithmic curations — just art, just music, just all those little things that lift our hearts and minds and remind us what this little life is and can be.
